Job Description:
The Team
We are seeking a Project Administrator to join American Tower’s Finance department’s Accounting team. 
The Accounting team properly records and reports the Company’s U.S. Tower division’s revenue and direct expenses for both the tower and managed networks businesses. 
Day to day you will enter into Oracle project-related requests for setup and status changes and assist with services labor and processing .
 As a Project Administrator you will partner cross-functionally
to understand and comply with all internal policies and procedures as well as additional legal and regulatory requirements.

Enter project-related data into the Oracle system
Resolve discrepancies through communication and research/analysis with field service personnel and internal customers; recommend appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure accuracy. 
Train employees on time-card entry.
Analyze the paid time off report and make appropriate corrections; run weekly labor processes.
Develop thorough and effective plans for meeting goals.
Provide administrative support to your Supervisor, including data entry and drafting of correspondence.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Between 1
2 years of office experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office programs required.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment .
