Job Description:
The Key Account Manager, Specialty Retail s purpose is to gain distribution in national Specialty Retail outlets (Hardware, DIY, Electronics) and manage existing accounts. The Red Bull Key Account Manager will develop relationships, secure distribution, correctly match route-to-market with needs, create merchandising solutions, negotiate a mutually beneficial partnership contract, and execute perfect store standards. Key responsibilities include: Customer sales calls, sales planning (budget management and forecasting), negotiation of agreements with retailers, participation industry/category and customer events, deployment of local Red Bull resources against key customers, placement of equipment, maintenance of in store standards, tracking and managing results.EXPERIENCE
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

* Experience in national new business solicitation with a track record of success (60% role)
* Experience managing existing national and regional accounts, Key/National Account Management (40% role)
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Creative mind, outgoing personality and friendly
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Valid Driver's License
* Bachelor s Degree preferred
* Fluent in English, additional languages considered an advantage
* Travel up to: 50%
