We offer a wide- range of behavioral, developmental, and therapeutic support programs to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in an environment free of cultural or language barriers. The individuals we serve have psychological and or behavioral health needs. Some have intellectual disabilities. Most of our staff members are Deaf/Hard of hearing. PAHrtners employees are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and versed in Deaf culture.
_The Lead Resident Advisor guides and assists individuals to live and function as independently as possible in the community. The Lead Resident Advisor is responsible for assisting with management of the day-to-day household responsibilities, including budgeting, purchases, and maintenance of the house. The Lead RA will provide general support to overnight staff, monitor overnight staff and provide breaks to overnight staff as needed; provide 24 hours rotating on call support including some weekends/holidays as scheduled._
Minimum Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of work as a Residential advisor or two (2) years experience in the human services field working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders, valid drivers license and Advanced ASL fluency required. Strong leadership, administrative, organizational and interpersonal communication skills (both in person and in writing) required.
